It does look like Eric Garner was resisting arrest, I don’t know if his arrest was justified or not. He seemed to have been jumped by the police very quickly.
A chokehold was used by the arresting officers against NYC policy.
I don’t know if the officer who used the chokehold should be indicted for murder-manslaughter or not but he shouldn’t be able to just walk away.
Didn’t any officer have a stun gun? In this circumstance it seems it would have been a lot safer.
The arrest of the man who shot the film is reprehensible.

PS Sometimes I think the police are a bit afraid of getting their ass kicked by these really big guys. If he had been normal sized he probably wouldn’t have been assaulted so forcefully.
