I can’t give you medical advice just some input. Ivermectin is being used all over the world.
The front line doctors have not warned against it as I was watching that because I know there are a lot of people on some form or take aspirins.
Also if you look in frontline protocol for hospital treatment they use anticoagulants to prevent blood clots
They recommended in out patient one full aspirin a day as to prevent clots unless contradicted which I believe if your on anticoagulants it would be contradicted and you don’t need it for anyways.

The Ivermectin appears to antagonize the same vita K receptors. As you might know if you take Coumadin or warfarin the antidote for bleeding is Vita K usually in that situation by IV.
I’m am not suggesting anything but for short term purposes it appears to be safe if given in normal doses.
You might want to request a blood test from your doctor. It’s called a INR and ask him what desired level he wants you at but since now people can see their results in line if you see a 4 or 5 it’s a red flag esp 5 you want to be seen right away. Also look for internal signs of bleeding like sudden dark tarry stools, coffee ground type stools or if you vomit. Then you would stop the Coumadin immediately and see and doctor that’s normal anyways. Even antibiotics can sometime through it off and perhaps the amount should be lowered during that time.
All and all I’m not hearing of any problems and I’m sure if the left could find a problem they would. Plus they’re giving the ivermectin with anticoagulants.
If it were me I would take it anyways and and just take precautions mentioned.
My doctors pretty nice though and if I was on anticoagulants and I asked him to do a few tests for a few days and why, he’d likely do it and knowing him probably more even though he wasn’t to happy to hear I had the Ivermectin but that was last year.
The reward is greater than the risk, IMO
