Silverngold regarding gmail WAKE UP!

Posted by Aguila @ 23:10 on September 22, 2014

if you read the fineprint when you get a gmail account it says that google has your full permission to read all of your email before you even get it and everything you do through your gmail account email or not is owned by google.  Notice that if you have an android phone that it barely works without a google “gmail” account.  I assume you live in the USSA where “we” don’t care if “we” have internet privacy or any privacy whatsoever on our “smart” phones.  A gmail account has zero privacy, it is totally owned by google corporation.

Course, Putin could decide to play with him awhile. But it aint going more than the first round. Not because Putin would finish him off, but Obama’s ego couldn’t handle being man handled like that. 🙂 Now to make it interesting, think Obama should be paired up with the little girl with the lemonade stand being told she didn’t ‘build that’. Bet she would put a good old fashioned butt kicking on him. Yep, my money on the gal.

I said I would bet on Putin. Fought against his team too long, but I am telling you tonight if Putin and Obama were in the same room, I would turn my back to Obama and (gulp) salute Putin for I respect the former head of the KGB  more. Kinda sez it all for me. I probably should not be allowed to be alone in the same room with either one of them. LOL

Ps) That’s my ego talking again, but at least Putin would make it interesting. 🙂

Farmboy – no I really never did. Right now I’m pulling for Putin. The more I learn about him the more I like him compared to what we have here. Most of my old mates disagree but they don’t have the time I do to listen to what the man has to say.

commish – I guess I view them all the same. They all think China and Russia are going to defeat the USD and save pm’s. Nothing they’ve done to this point tells me they can defeat the west at the paper game, at least not anytime soon.

Buygold @ 20:29 Did Ya Ever Think You Would Switch Sides?

Posted by Farmboy @ 20:41 on September 22, 2014

If someone would ask me, do you believe in the current administration residing in the White House or Communist China….well, this may sound unpatriotic, but I believe a heck of a lot more in what the Chinese say and do. Sad state of affairs, this Country.

And when it comes to what side I would bet on, the anemic wishy washing lips of Obama or Putin ? Well I will go with the Ex KGB chief any day of the week. A spineless Community Organizer from Chicago Vs  a hardened Intelligence Chief…..this aint gonna be no match.

Such is the state of my Country, a laughing stock. Thank you Obama and Rhinos.

Ps) and if anyone has the ‘goods’ on the Central Banksters, and willing to use it to destroy them, Putin would fit the job description.

Holter – could be a hero if he’s right. What will he say if he’s wrong about December? What then?

Posted by Buygold @ 20:29 on September 22, 2014

Too many predictions that have been wrong for too many years. Holter cries wolf all the time, as did David Morgan and Frank Holmes today. Eventually they’ll have to be right or they’ll help to destroy the entire sector. Sorry for the negativity but c’mon man!

Holter snip:

“You can say what you want, say “it’ll never happen” or whatever. The chess pieces are on the table and our “opponent” is not in this for bragging rights or loose change, they are in it for all the marbles! China is our biggest banker and supplier of capital, our biggest supplier of consumer goods, they have been the biggest hoarder of gold and I hypothesize the “mystery owner” of huge positions in Dec. silver. Every move they have publicly made for over 2 years has been dollar negative and yuan/trade positive. They have built cities, infrastructure, plant and equipment which is clearly beyond current needs for capacity. China has done deals with our friends and foes alike, they have supported geopolitically nearly anything and everything contrary to public U.S. views and policy. They are supporting Mr. Putin financially while the U.S. tries in vain to punish him financially. Would, could, the U.S. place “sanctions” on China for breaking the “sanctions” on Russia? I know, that was a bad joke but it’s a real question.

Before finishing let’s not forget about the “cherry on top”, did China just dump the largest IPO in U.S. history at the top of the market? A market, financial system and economy that I believe they are now in a position to destroy at the flip of a switch and the timing of their desire? Like I said, laugh at this, laugh at me, do whatever you’d like, all I am doing is pointing out the very obvious. No country or nation should or would ever put their adversary in a position to destroy them, we have allowed it and even encouraged it. We are broke, we depend on our adversary for funding, trade, we have given them all of our real money, what’s next? Trading them Manhattan for a few trinkets? The danger to their plan in my opinion is this, just as it is dangerous to corner a wild animal it is more dangerous to bankrupt and financially corner a nuclear power. Regards, Bill Holter, Miles Franklin Associate writer”

Richard640 @ 14:53 re on gold today

Posted by Mr.Copper @ 19:49 on September 22, 2014

re parts

nearly every single bit of gold purchased in GLD at the initial implementation of QE has been SOLD.

They have been selling their holdings and buying equities

They have been selling their holdings and buying equities and look to continue doing that unless there is some sort of strong catalyst that changes the equation and thus the prevailing sentiment.

Comment:
For every sale there is a buy. Where the hell did all that gold go? Who bought it all out on the way down?

Did too many big GLD share holders who are entitled to redeem shares of GLD, for physical Gold like banks, take delivery?

And that “strong catalyst” that changes the equation would probably be the dollar being dropped to re-stimulate the US producers and exporters.

Every body, every country, every sector, all get a turn at pain and punishment. Equality, shareing ya know.

Obama administration makes it harder, less lucrative for firms to move overseas to avoid taxes

“While there’s no substitute for congressional action, my administration will act wherever we can to protect the progress the American people have worked so hard to bring about,” Obama said in a statement.

Monday’s announcement puts companies on notice that Treasury will be drafting regulations to clamp down, but the new measures will take effect immediately even while those regulations are pending. That means any transactions from Tuesday onward will be subject to the tougher restrictions.

Chinese Checkmate

Posted by commish @ 19:32 on September 22, 2014

This is a great read by Bill Holter posted today. I do agree with him. If some trader wants to commit fraud on the SGE  he will be dealt with by the authorities a lot differently than here in the U.S.  Also talks about the relationship between the U.S. and China.

Durant Building Elizabeth/Newark Frelingheisen Ave

Posted by Ororeef @ 17:46 on September 22, 2014

Special to Old Cars Weekly

By Arthur G. Petridis, Elizabeth, N.J.

A bit of Auto history and a personal connection ..My wife worked at this building for “Terry Mints”for a while as a teenager.located in part of the 1/4 mile long Durant Building .Anybody remember the Duesenberg Auto ? Sometimes the mints would jam up as they came down the Assembly and the girls job was to remove them before the packing machine got them It was like a “I love Lucy scene ” girls struggling to remove the broken mints..sometimes eating them  so the packing machine wouldent pack them…It was so funny ,Im sure it had to be the genisis of the Lucy working at the cookie factory scene !

On Dec. 22, 2011, an iconic piece of automotive history exploded into flames resulting in an eight-alarm fire that burned for several days.

As I read the news articles about the massive fire in Elizabeth, N.J., there is an important part of the building’s history and a big piece of New Jersey’s history that is forgotten.

The building was latest subdivided into many small businesses and storage uses. Before that, it had been the Burry Biscuit factory and I remember smelling the cookies being baked.

The real history began when the building was first built. In 1917, Fred Duesenberg built an assembly plant in Elizabeth, N.J. The plant was not successful and was soon taken over by John N. Willys of the Willys-Overland Company. Millions were poured into this plant and it was considered to be one of the largest and most modern assembly plants in the country.

Durant took over the assembly plant when Willys-Overland ran out of capital. Durant announced that his new Star automobiles would be made in Elizabeth, N.J. In November 1922, history was again made when the first Star emerged out of the Elizabeth plant. More than 1,000 workers were employed at this plant.

The housing market exploded and much of the houses seen standing today in that section of Elizabeth were built as a result of the Durant assembly plant providing jobs. Mr. Durant subsidized many of the houses as he wanted to attract the best workers possible.   By the end of the decade, however, Durant was out business and the Elizabeth plant was abandoned.

In 1934, the Burry Biscuit Company took over the building and it became the company’s home office. This ran as a successful business for many years.

eeos @ 16:15 Capture??

Posted by silverngold @ 17:28 on September 22, 2014

I still use windows XP and Firefox browser, but you may be right. What I do to send a chart picture is go to the chart, hold the curser over it, right click and select copy image, then go to email and use Ctrl v to paste onto the email. Fastest and easiest way I know to do it.

Tell me about screen capture please. Is it different?

About paranoia, Definitely when this is happening now and it has never happened with my old email address before gmail. I do not see how it is possible for them to keep the chart updated unless they have access to my charts url’s.

Thanks for the help!!  Silverngold
