Loading ...Even Dr. Oz recommends ginger tea. My friend back in Hawaii could not drink caffeine, so we would pick up some of this ‘instant’ ginger honey crystals down in a Chinatown shop. Now it’s available on amazon. He starts every morning with a cup of this.
Good stuff… rather strong for a full packet. I prefer a half packet for a cup of hot water. You can add your own lemon… and garlic… to taste.
