Loading ...The veteran probably was do a return so they are not going to try to help him and making up excuses like they lost it. They do that a lot and did it to me also when they owed me money they confiscated. I was prepared for games as they try to run out the amount of time you can demand repayment or payment sending it all over the US then said they lost it. It went to a office in northern cal wound up in Georgia last heard before I took action. That’s when they said they lost it so I can’t prove when it was filed. I said yes I can I figured they’d do that so took it to them directly and had it stamped the day it was filed and had the original. That I would get a fair hearing which cost them mucho money and they would loose. They paid it before the hearing. He hopefully has proof or fax when it was sent or re submit it and have it stamped then ask for a fair hearing. They won’t want to spend that kind of money on it if he is in the right.
