Almost all the Main Characters in the Founders Group were Notorious Ladies Men

Posted by Ororeef @ 22:07 on December 8, 2016

Chiefly Franklyn He liked the French older Ladies ,Jefferson liked his Slave SALLY Hemmings ,Hamilton  had a mistress named Maria Reynolds who almost got him in a mess of trouble…It was so bad that he had to convene a mini convention to confess the situation to them as he was being blackmailed and to put a stop to it He called the other Founding Fathers together in a secret meeting and told them all about it. Their attitude was “if its just about sex” we all agree to keep silent .  It worked for a while until some journalist and Monroe ratted him out for political reasons  !

Eliza Hamilton never forgave THEM ,as it embarrassed her  !  Some years later Monroe went to see her (after Hamilton was dead) and she threw him outta the House ! She never forgave him…Eliza Hamilton lived a long time… into her nineties ,she also started the countries first Orphanage ….They lived in NY near the Hudson River at a Place called the “GRANGE” .

She was a a good woman…!

goldielocks @ 13:06 on December 8, 2016 To Quote Hamilton

Posted by Ororeef @ 21:10 on December 8, 2016

to justify being a Radical Delegate is absurd  ..Hamilton was quite the Opposite he wanted a STABLE legitimate  revolution ,he abhorred about how the French revolution was being raged  ! Hamilton was not about instability during the revolution…That was more like Jefferson who wanted a revolution every twenty years  ..If he is going to quote Hamilton to justify his Radical views,he needs to re read Hamiltons Biography  and the FEDERALIST PAPERS of which Hamilton wrote about 2/3 of ,that formed the Basis of our Constitution.  Stability in Revolution was Hamilton’s idea ,not anyone elses except possibly Washington. Certainly not Jeffersons.   Radicalization in the voting process is not what Hamilton would ever have endorsed …quite the opposite !  It seems we have some delegates to the Electoral College that think they know something about Hamilton ,but as REAGAN would say Its not what they know thats bothersome ,Its what they “know”that aint SO !

Just because someone wrote a MUSICAL thats entertaining with Hamiltons Name on it dosent mean Hamiliton was a RADICAL ! He really was a BUSINESSMAN more like TRUMP ,he ran an import-Export business as a TEANAGER .He and Washington brought Manufacturing to Paterson NJ …..YES MANUFACTURING ! just as Trump is doing today and used a waterfall to power it..He created the Stock Exchange and our currency and whole Financial system .

He also went to College in Elizabeth NJ -NY and finished a 3 year coarse in 9 months .

So did MADISON ! Educated in NJ !

Hamilton  was  Washingtons right Hand Man and also a Soldier like Washington FOUGHT at the Final revolution battle at YORKTOWN VA ..   When someone asked Washington a QUESTION about something he replied “ASK HAMILTON” he knows EVERYTHING !

He was more like Trump than any RADICAL Electoral Delegate  !  Get your Facts Straight !

Dallas pension system suspends access to some funds

DALLAS (AP) — The Dallas Police and Fire Pension system board has voted to suspend all withdrawals and payments coming out of deferred retirement funds.

The vote Thursday stops more than $154 million in requested withdrawals from being distributed Friday. Pension officials say the withdrawals would drop reserves below what’s needed to sustain the fund. More than $500 million has been withdrawn since August.

Dallas Mayor Mike Rawlings had filed a lawsuit to stop the lump-sum withdrawals, which he said have sped up the estimated insolvency projection for the ailing fund to about 10 years.

System officials say they are working to convert illiquid assets to liquid assets to resume monthly payments in January.

Both the city and pension system are proposing plans to lower benefits to stabilize the fund.

Someone asked Jagger why he had so many wrinkles. He said they were not wrinkles , they were smile lines.

Someone replied: Nothing is that funny!

The market

Posted by eeos @ 15:33 on December 8, 2016

The sky is the limit. With Trump, you see the banks are going to rocket. The path has been paved. Less regulations, taxes and oversight. The market is already pricing this into the future. It’s a big green light for the stratosphere IMHO. Gold and Silver, no so much. No reason to hide here when the markets reward regular old buy and hold types in safe stocks. Dumb to be in the PM’s at times like these

Timok’s Upper Zone Continues To Make The Grade.
Impact – Positive.
NSU released a new set of assays resulting from on-going in-fill drilling of the Timok Upper Zone in Serbia. The results represent roughly 25% of planned in-fill drilling designed to upgrade the Upper Zone Mineral Resource.
Bottom Line: We are maintaining our BUY, Top pick rating on NSU and $7.00/sh target price based on a sum of the parts valuation: C$4.65/sh represents an 8.0x 2016E EV/EBITDA multiple and C$2.35/sh represents a 0.8x multiple to our combined Timok Phase 1 and Phase 2 NAV. NSU is one of very few new sources of zinc supply coming online this year, and we believe their new leverage to zinc could not have been timed better.
