Loading ...There is no real reason for this nonsense going on. I’m getting ready to buy some TZA, a small cap bear play on the Russell 2000. Year to date it was the strongest performer +21% ……versus Dow +14%….SnP +11% and….Nasdaq +6%.
Quite often the strongest performers have the biggest pull backs.
