Loading ...Even the small self employed EMPLOYER may not care about you. He’s BUSY has plenty of work and not enough help and does not really NEEDÂ you. There is a shortage of EMPLOYEE truck drivers, nurses, plumbers, welders, machinists, sheet metal mechanics etc etc. The people that actually DO the work.
WAKE UP EVERYBODY!!! Anytime you hear the media BOZOS talking about a shortage of labor they forget the main three words
AT THAT WAGE.
There is a pecking order for value of wage skills, and if the lowest standard wage is too low it drags down ALL the other wages.
P.S. You raise the wage of a nurse from $35/hr to $100/hr, you will have nurses coming out the wazoo. Raise truck driver from $40k to $150k you get more truck drivers. Does this all make sense to anybody??? The Business man Gov’t manipulated the Minimum wage LOWER than is should be.
