Loading ...I work on the basis that if anything has been authorised/implemented due to environmental pressure, it will either make the situation worse, or cause some other major problem, or both.
Loads of pressure over here to have ‘smart’ meters, for all utilities…only problem is they have a tendency to catch fire and burn yr house down!!!!!….see above etc
