Loading ...There are other factors in both Calif and SA. Both have millions of people immigrating there looking for jobs or in Africas case to rob and steal, calif to smuggle drugs. Both are putting more priority on immigrants. Meanwhile resources are being depleted including water. There was a fight going on for awhile of Northern Cal having to send so much water to South Cal where majority of immigrants inhabit and rapid over population growth. At one time they wanted to split Calif up to north and south.
I’m not denying there isn’t weather manipulation as well as metal and who knows what airborne pollution with geo engineering breaking up even moving rain clouds going on but isn’t the totality of it.
