Loading ...Well well well, isn’t that interesting. What it means to me is the PTB want higher Oil prices to support US (and maybe others) expensive oil production. When oil is too low it doesn’t pay to produce here and in some other places. They shut down wells and lay off people. This way the “good guys” don’t have to voluntarily pump so much less.
