There’s a handful of things so just tried to narrow it down and yeah chemistry too Boyles Law. I wondered when younger why when I surfed and held my breath it was different for me than them. I knew someone in Force Recon a friend of the other at the time both in it that got a punctured ear drum from diving. I could get thrown to pretty good debts like 20 ft but never happened to me although you can feel the pressure in your ears and was hard for me to understand why they couldn’t hold their breath. That’s is kinda one science for surfing, the height of the wave and how long you could be under water providing no other wave hits you before you get back up and it happens.
I started picking things up little by little all said danger but still wanted to get around to it which I did lol It’s a different world you could get lost in so like Ororeef says stick to a plan.

You can get that going the other way too going up in the air. Things happen up there too including vertigo for those mock flyers. They killed a bunch of good piolots once with experiments. A survivor of it told me when he was in his 80 s about 18-19 years ago because of that.
They guessed if the destroyed their sinuses they wouldn’t get vertigo so they used radioactive material. He didn’t cooperate exactly so was the only or close too survivor. The rest got cancer he said and died.
