Loading ...Yes my son in law said one of his relatives lost his houses twice. Once before think he said 2008 and now.
Like a friend in Texas said about hurricanes. They hear it over and over or leave then can’t get back so they don’t leave.
I hope they got out. When your putting out fires and can see it’s coming your way they should think get out like you did lol.
Even if the house don’t go up they could get over whelmed in smoke. I was in a couple hospital fires. As one was pouring smoke out from the vents coming from the basement I was pulling them out. It sucked all the oxygen out of the air but with just two of us left Cuz the others could no longer go back and one nurse collapsed and had to be treated we got them out. You just can’t breath. Then there’s the heat and it can even come by like a jet and throw you around.
A female fire fighter because they keep risking their lives in mountain chimney area without proper protection got thrown into the fire she was running from by the heat. She sadly and very young did not survive the heat blast.
