Loading ...At one time I lived in Cambria Pines CA close to Hearst Castle. I was a real estate salesman for United Farm Agency and also a Notary….just trying to get my business feet on the ground. My Dad was a restoration worker at Hearst Castle and my night job to put food on the table was the night janitor for Cerritos Restaurant in San Simeon. I next lived in Morro Bay and worked for an 85 year old real estate broker; sold a 1018 acre ranch for him in Coalinga CA and promptly got cheated out of the commission, but that’s another story.
