Earnings, management, market strategy, balance sheet management NOTHING about investment decisions matters NOTHING except what the Federal Reserve of the United States is doing and NOTHING matters about what the Federal Reserve of the United States is doing except for how close to ZERO the Federal Reserve of the United States keeps interest rates and how likely rates are kept near ZERO for FOREVER!. Just as the tide starts to go out and we start to see those of us who are not wearing any pants (GE, GM….every bank on the planet, hedge funds…blah, blah, blah, blah)
