If the Judicial tried to over turn it they would have to prove the welfare of non citizens over rides the welfare of its own citizens. Rosevelt she referred to made some executive orders too including “internment of the Japenese for our safety.” Then we had operation wet back as a strain on American employment by illegals. Social services she mentioned were meant for citizens not anybody can come here after our money like illegals. In fact there was a case back then where a person got deported and wanted his money he put into SS and he didn’t get it.
These other countries should have their own SS.
