I have no doubt that they have labor shortages in Nevada. I am 4 hours from Elko, NV. and we have major shortages in our business.
The younger generation just doesn’t want to use their hands and backs to do real work despite the usually great pay.
We could easily hire another 50 welders and install mechanics but they are not available. I could double the size of our company if we had the available manpower.
Course, labor shortages and lack of production should be decreasing supply and pushing prices higher but the paper traders own the game for now…
