Loading ...Spanish Bankers decide the Chinese got plenty of money so THEY can steal some of it ,if they can get away with it..So they say to the Chinese depositors ..Prove YOU didnt steal it ..That justifies us can steal it from you !

I had similar experience with Barclays Bank 30 years ago ..I had some silver held in thier custodial care and was paying a fee for that care ..When they stopped charging the FEE I questioned why and responded with a question .In what form are you holding my silver in NOW since its not as custodian.They responded “in Paper form”!
I responded ,SELL it immediately and put the cash into a cd until I send further instructions.
They said “prove you own it”! I sent copies of the receipts with their confirmations when it was purchased.
They sent confirmation of CD account….I opened a credit card account with them and used that to eventually remove all money from them….crooks all of them ,,and that was thirty years ago…
