New Study Finds Over 70,000 Killed In Yemen War

Over 10,000 deaths in just the past 5 months.

For the umpteenth time: Right or wrong, just or unjust, the U.N. gave the joos a tiny nation after WW2

Posted by Richard640 @ 12:57 on April 21, 2019

There was sympathy for the Jews after WW2…so what? Israel is a fait accompli and it’s not going away

The world loved the little jooish nation in the beginning–but they fell out of love as soon as they could not weep crocodile tears over the jews as VICTIMS…they did not like to see them as successful warriors…the old antisemitism-embedded in the Christian psyche by 2000 years of “the teaching of contempt for the jew” by Christian scripture and clergy, re-emerged.

The Joos stood up in PUBLIC FORUMS and begged for peace with their Arab neighbors but got only terror and war in return

the history of Israel did not start with the winning of the 6 day war in 1967 when they got the west bank, Golan heights and Sinai…arab armies were massing for war on israels borders in 1948–1956 and 1967…Israel had no choice but to fight

My point is and has been that the muslims [exceptions admitted like the Gulf States, Indonesia, etc] are a violent and treacherous people–Israel has learned this fact the hard way–as have a billion Hindus in India–so if a million arabs were killed in wars the past 70  or 80 yrs, then tough nougies–they brought it upon themselves–why so many christians sympathies are on the side of the arabs and not Israel can only be explained by the age old anti-semetic conditioning of Kristian scriptures and clergy…BEEN TO THE  Oberammergau Passion Play LATELY?

Oberammergau Passion Play

Cunningham points out that for centuries, Christians “adopted a ‘zero-sum’ perspective: For Christian traditions to be true, Jewish traditions had to be false. This binary way of thinking expressed itself in Passion plays in which Jewish characters or even ‘the Jews’ collectively were portrayed as the perpetually blind, hateful enemies of Jesus.”

He also noted that traditionally, “Passion plays often combined the most negative ‘anti-Jewish’ elements from the four Gospels into a composite narrative that was more hostile to Jews than any single Gospel alone.

“The image of visceral Jewish hostility to Jesus was pervasive in Christian culture. In artwork, poetry and preaching, the fact that crucifixion was a Roman method of execution — and that the public display of Jesus on a cross suited Roman purposes far more than any Jewish one — was at times forgotten.”

The toxic problems Cunningham describes were in full evidence in the 2004 Mel Gibson film, “The Passion of the Christ,” which attracted widespread and harsh criticism from Christian and Jewish New Testament experts.

SPX is making an announcement through a Megaphone topping pattern. Now hear this! “I am setting my sights on point 5 of an Edwards & Magee style Megaphone/Expanding Top/Reverse Symmetrical Triangle pattern.”

The common interpretation of a Megaphone is as a reversal pattern, just as its opposite, a Symmetrical Triangle, is a continuation pattern.

I have only seen this current specimen in one place illustrated by one man who stares at charts. It is not linked because it was provided privately. There may be more alert men who stare at charts out there seeing a Megaphone, but I’ve only noted one (and I have not had much time to scour the internet looking).

Anyway, with all due caveats about how we Men Who Stare at Charts…

But the Megaphone, complete with its 5 points is viable. A couple things…

Thing 1: There are no certainties in TA. These patterns sometimes fail to reverse, instead proving to be continuation patterns. Just as a Symmetrical Triangle is usually a continuation a broadening top Megaphone is usually a reversal pattern.

So there could be a fair amount of bullish and a big chunk of bearish in the view over the next 6 months. [edit] Pending the top-test, obviously.

Not sure how the Sri Lanka bombings and hating Israel relate, unless you are suggesting we focus our hate on Muslims?

I guess after a million plus Muslims have died in the Middle East at the hands of the US and it’s Israeli and Saudi masters, I suppose bombing churches or anyplace else that might be soft targets might be the only way for Muslims to retaliate.

Either way, I’m all for the US pulling out of the Middle East and letting the Israeli’s and Saudi’s fend for themselves.

Everywhere else around the world for that matter works too.

Maybe dollar supremacy WILL be eclipsed one of these daysz

China’s Belt And Road Continues To Win Over Europe While Technocrats Scream & Howl

The new model of development which has increasingly won over central, and eastern Eurasian countries as well as Greece and Italy have provided a breath of fresh air for citizens everywhere who are looking with despair upon a Trans-Atlantic system which can do nothing but demand obedience to a defunct set of rules that commands only austerity, hyperinflationary banking practices and no long term investment into the real economy. Thus the technocratic mobilization against the BRI over the past days in response to this new paradigm can only be seen as an absurd attempt to save a system which has already failed.

Commenting on these developments in an April 10 webcast from Germany, Schiller Institute President Helga Zepp-Larouche made the following apt observation:
“Geopolitics has to be thrown out of the window, and the New Silk Road is the way to industrialize Africa, to deal with the Middle East situation to get peace there, to establish a decent working situation between the United States, Russia and China: And that is for Europe what we should demand. And the best way to do that is that all of Europe would sign MOUs with the Belt and Road Initiative, then that would be the single most important thing to stabilize world peace and get the world into a different domain.”
With Russia and China leading a new coalition of nations fighting to uphold the principles of sovereignty, self-development and long term credit generation under the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative, a great hope has presented itself as the Titanic that is the City of London and Wall Street continues to sink ever faster into the icy waters of history.

Happy Easter from our muslim brothers….[but keep hating Israel, the root of all evil]

The Gold Update by Mark Mead Baillie — 492nd Edition — San Francisco — 20 April 2019 (published each Saturday) — www.deMeadville.com

Gold Southbound, Box-Bound

Returning to San Francisco is always tough enough, but try this for a bring-down: well into our 10th year of faithfully penning The Gold Update without a single Saturday miss, en route (for those of you scoring at home) toward edition No. 500, yours truly walked into last Sunday’s Investors Roundtable and the first thing out of a valued member’s mouth was “The price of Gold may never go up again.”

Moreover, correlative evidence was provided as proof. (‘Tis an analysis we’d need to personally number-crunch before rendering a like opinion — heaven forbid — and it esoterically is relative to the movement of Japanese interest rates … or lack thereof. On verra). Rather, our preference is to remain fastidiously steadfast for far higher Gold prices as the 3Ds of Debasement, Debt and Derivatives continue to disseminate.

THE BOX=1280 TO 1240

In closing, à propos of the above Stack and our eternally going on about The Box (1280-1240) and The Whiny 1290s, this final chart puts them both into nauseating perspective. Every Gold dot on the graph is a day wherein Gold settled somewhere in that exasperating range beginning with the first time ever on 07 June 2010 through this past week’s final trading day of 18 April 2019. Again, there’s your “Nine Years of Nuthin’!”, (notwithstanding one’s trading capacity to have hopefully benefited by the extremes along the way):

Still at the end of the day, remember: Komplacency Kills … and when the seams finally burst, you’ll love having Gold!
