Loading ...at least without any lives lost and now the embassy has been reinforced with enough troops and more on the way to the “Green Zone”. Apparently Iraqi troops have stepped up as well.
Unfortunately, Pompeo says we have no intention of leaving, which means these troops will now probably be a permanent fixture.
At the risk of exposing another one of my failing trades, I did re-buy GPL (Great Panther) yesterday, in the hope that this will be one of those once every two decade years where we can throw darts at miners and do OK. Especially in the really beaten up names like GPL and MUX.
