Unfortunately for TPTB, it doesn’t matter anymore what they say and do. They already did all that for decades, and their globalization system crashed after 9/11 and the resulting global financial crisis of 2008.
The system or mother nature, is on its own now, in a transition from old to new. And TPTB are on the defensive, reacting to one problem after the next. Note the ridiculously low rates for one. I’m optimistic for the future, but this transition is going to have a lot of wild cards.
