Loading ...is NOT going to overturn ROE V WADE on a womens right to CHOOSE,…to have an abortion what she is going to do is get rid of the legal term “RIGHT” which means if the women cant afford to pay for an abortion the Government has to pay. SHE has the right to do what she wants with her own body ,thats Established LAW and it has been tested under several administrations .Its not going away..
She does not have the legal “RIGHT ” to an abortion because “RIGHT” is a legal term under Constitutional law,and if she dosent have the means to pay for it the STATE has to pay for it.but she cant be denied the right to choose. The abortion clinics will be denied TAXPAYER money because it violates religious rights of those that dont believe in it .The Constitution says Congress shall make NO law about Religion …
Its the difference between right and “RIGHT” …SHE has NO “RIGHT” in the Constitution.She has the right to choose. The public does not understand the difference ..In the end it means NO TAXPAYER money for that purpose..It does not overturn ROE v WADE .
