Loading ...Wanka…It’s still there, I checked it out on the net…and still looking good. When I lived in Bergen County I used to picnic along the Hudson in Palisades Park, what an interesting place. And endured the weekend traffic to swim at Seaside and Point Pleasant. But the best was Long Beach Island. I guess with all that traveling you saw most of the state and enjoyed many of the fine dining. To this day I have not found better restaurants in either Florida or Georgia that could equal those of N.J. Newark wasn’t alone in a downturn, look at Camden…gads!
