PUBLIC NOTICE

Posted by Maya @ 23:47 on July 26, 2014

My apologies in advance to the Oasis readership, but I need to make this public. I am livid and seething with rage that needs to be vented… something of my Germanic heritage about drawing the line in black and white. I have years of experience as a condominium officer with legal ‘collective ownership’ issues.

WHEREAS: the poster “Fullgoldcrown” appears to be threatening legal action against certain named administrators and paid-up owners of the Goldtent and Posters Paradise site, and:

WHEREAS: the poster “Fullgoldcrown” appears to be claiming individual ownership rights as stated of :
1.) Intellectual Property rights
2.) Proprietary email lists
3.) certain computer server physical property

I HEREBY SERVE PUBLIC NOTICE:
that I, the poster and individual known as “Maya”, am a paid-up contributor and co-owner of said property rights enumerated above, and dispute any whole individual property claims such as made by “Fullgoldcrown”

I HEREBY ASSERT that “Fullgoldcrown” was collectively nominated by me and other financial contributors to act as our proxy and fiduciary trustee to perform certain payments on behalf of the collective ownership of Goldtent and Posters Paradise, and such nomination does NOT constitute sole ownership of said property to any one individual.

Should “Fullgoldcrown” or other claimants choose to pursue this matter legally, I hereby assign my legal ownership claim proxy to the Oasis poster known as “Wanka”, to act as my legal representative and proxy in any such matter brought before him in a legal manner.
–Date stamped as of this public posting–

=========================
I am outraged! I had a much higher opinion of Fullgoldcrown before these true colors were exposed. Now… not so much.
I think I’ve covered all the bases, so this will be my last comment on the matter… unless and until legally compelled to testify further.

After clearly admitting wrongdoing and instead of coming clean and doing the right thing from the get go, which would have been to be upfront with posters from PP, Fullgoldcrown now digs in his heels and offers refunds for previous tent-a-thons. I’m quite sure the money is there for him to do so as he has obviously profited greatly from the Rambus pay site, while seeking to use PP bandwidth to line his pockets.

Most of us still value integrity over money and I highly doubt that many posters can be “bought off” by the promise of a $100 tent-a-thon refund.

Nonetheless, I would encourage all Oasis posters to seek a refund if they desire to do so. Clearly, despite what he claims, Fullgoldcrown’s pocket book is the only thing that matter’s to him. Honesty and integrity are an afterthought.

If we here at the Oasis were worried in the least, we would delete and ban his posts. Rather than sink to his level, we  have chosen to allow him to continue to bury himself in posts of greed and dishonesty.

That is the last I will post on this matter. Let your consciences be your guides.

I, for one, would not ask for a refund

Posted by Maya @ 20:22 on July 26, 2014

as my belief is that ‘he who pays… owns’.  And as collective ‘owners’ of some property that ‘we’ contributed payments to, we are entitled to paid-up rights…

Some of those rights may invalidate claims by any other individual who was nominated by US as a proxy to act on ‘our’ behalf.  No… I won’t let you off the hook by asking for a refund.

Just my two cents worth.  I am not a lawyer.

I have the same problem in my garden this year–for the first time I can remember, certain plants have failed to thrive–squashes seem especially vulnerable here. Like you, I am convinced it is the chemtrails.

The upper layer of my soil looks dead–the aggregate particles look very dry and hard, as if the microbial life is ebbing.

Global Research had this to say:
“Rhizobacteria-endomycorrhizae, a critical microbial organism, is slowly becoming extinct in soils due to Barium and Aluminum heavy-metal toxicities. This microbe is responsible for the transfer of nutrients from soils-matrix to the plants/trees feeder-root system. The Barium/Aluminum heavy-metal salts are alkaline, i.e. Barium Hydroxide, and are shifting the base-line pH of surface soils and waters to new highs – elevated enough that certain plant species cannot survive.”

I don’t know how we can help the soil other than by adding lots more compost–at least that’s what I plan to do.

Seems like just one more wound in a long line of assaults against trees and nature, that’s been going on for two thousand years.

Macd usually it takes awhile after Macd cross over for the stocks to catch up. Take a look at numerous stocks after cross over for long ” not short term, you’ll see the majority will take a minute or even continue down for awhile longer  before the real move starts. Not saying anything in itself about it, just one of many indicators.

I am confused but nothing abnormal there about this ” dispute”.  Is FGC claiming he owns the site goldtent because if so why were the rest of us paying for it? Well he does now.  As far as putting things  on side bar anyone could do that if they had the capability so that was something he took on himself  and only if he wanted it there for most part so see no big deal in that. It wasn’t like it was a group thing or didn’t seen that way.

There are some who would say he should be banned from this site and probably why they never posted there.

With due respect, I disagree with this statement:

“8…the oasis should thrive now…but it was born of a lie ( YOU are exactly correct Gary, the Oasis was born on a lie of omission by YOU and TODD.”

The Oasis was not born of a lie…it was born BECAUSE of a lie.

My very best wishes to all those who created the Oasis, an incredible show of workmanship.

Blessings.

Moggy I wonder if your garden’s poor performance this year is linked to the cool summer weather you folks have been getting? I hate to think that it is something more sinister. It’s an absolutely beautiful blue sky day here. A rarity. I don’t know what to think of the chemtrail thing though there seems to be lots of evidence. I have seen some weirdly criss crossed skies myself.

Cheers, ipso

@ Maya…now that is some education, lol…thank you.

@ Ipso….I love trains, took three one-day train trips last year through the mountains of Georgia and Tennessee, had a blast and was entertained by a banjo-playing conductor on the way back from one of them.

My garden has not produced veggies well this year, something strange going on with the plants both in the forest and those I planted.  Last year I noticed the lower branches of the trees were dead and this year it seems worse.  Have to think it has to do with what the gov’t thugs have been spreading via airplanes…they started here in Georgia many years ago, before they went countrywide…you know, the chemtrails.  I remember when silverngold tried to warn people on the Tent and someone who should have known better attacked him.  I hope that person has the grace to be ashamed.

re your: “The people have accepted the muslim/Nazi foreigners, else they would rise up and do something…and until they do, they will have to choke on what is being done to them with their permission.”

Comment:

Nobody gave permission. Think about Vietnam and Korea. Nobody from here gave a crap about those things. Re we have to stop the “spread of communism” in South Vietnam. That didn’t matter. Communism survived there and our “handlers” in the USA have merged with communist China and communist USSR. Huh?? We didn’t give permission for that at all.

RESPONSE: The people give permission by their lack of action. In law it is called contributory negligence wherein a person is deemed partly responsible and, therefore, has contributed to the situation. On a spiritual level it is known as the sin of omission.

Re your: “vegetarianism is the answer and when the financial squeeze is put upon the animal farmers they will then have second thoughts about what their unhealthy practices have wrought.  I have been a vegetarian since 1975, it is very doable.”

Comment:

I don’t eat fruits or vegetables my entire life. I’m 70, and when people find out, they don’t believe me. Blond, no gray hair, and they say I look 50 at most. Imo if the world gov’t had its way, they would force everybody to be vegetarian, to keep the good stuff like meats and chicken costs down for the greater good.

If they had their way we would all be on mopeds. They don’t even want us consuming food and or fuel, energy in general. Some day in the future, we’ll find out that a lot of vegetables are bad for us. Think about how many skinny health fanatics get cancer, and nothing happens to those fatter people.

RESPONSE: Your argument is weak and does not address the unhealthy practices of animal farmers.

I love this time of year with all the vegis starting to come out of the garden. The horn of plenty is overflowing. 🙂

HO scale model steam locomotives from hi-end makers come as cast-brass models that look like that.  They leave it up to the modeller/purchaser to airbrush the black paint on and apply decals for whatever railroad they wish.  They cost a ton of money above the usual plastic body consumer models.

So a boyhood friend of mine said he always wished he could get “a brass locomotive”.  It was the ultimate modeller’s dream.  One day I visited him and saw a brass locomotive on his shelf!   WOW!   Upon closer examination I found it was a plastic loco that had been spray painted brass gold.   “Don’t tell anybody”, he whispered,  “but it sure looks nice on the shelf, doesn’t it?”

Heh heh he

Clearly, whom ever owned that big steamer also wanted a “brass Loco”!  🙂

Totally agree with you. I wish he was younger and I’m not sure I trust Rand to pick up the mantle of liberty as his dad has done.

We desperately need leadership in this country. Sad.
