Loading ...Yes, I believe your ‘fact finding’ has merit, and I agree with Ororeef on reserving one’s rights. That was the purpose of my public statement… to reserve ‘my’ and ‘our’ rights against possible legal claims. Allegations need to be promptly refuted and documented. Lawyers love contemporaneous notes!
I am not in favor of pursuing the other party for damages nor refunds… I would just as soon let the whole matter die a quiet death and move on. But when threatened with lawyers, as Buygold noted, an active defense wall needs to be thrown up. Let the lawyers chew on my statement, and yours, and determine if they want to take a case… or laugh in somebody’s face!
