CIA Admits to Hacking Senate Computers
CIA Director John Brennan has determined that employees “acted in a manner inconsistent with the common understanding” brokered between the CIA and its Senate overseers, according to agency spokesman Dean Boyd.
Brennan does not admit to any wrong doing, or anything illegal. And then later in the article “apologizes” for his employee’s actions.
Oh Yeah, that makes everything just hunky dory. NOT ! The Orwellian Double Speak (double tongue) is something else to behold.
What a perfect example of my earlier post. I need to hear those three words from the CIA Director. And it needs to go a little further than “I’m sorry”. Lets make that apology tangible for example. Here are the names of those we gathered the information on, and to whom this information was shared, and my resignation letter for violating the trust (if not the legal responsibilities ) of my office. My understanding of making ‘amends’ goes a little beyond saying “I’m sorry”.
Still continuing to be amazed at what those folks in Washington can get away with, Farmboy
