Loading ...was listening to the game on radio last night. I was exhausted since my day had started around 05:00. I was drinking coffee, moving around, wanted to turn the game off and get some sleep but just couldn’t do it. What a game !
And I had this mental image of what was playing out down in the Swamp last evening. You know those wildlife shows where it shows a Gator grabbing something and then start rolling over and over with its prey in its mouth? That was the mental image I had as the game went into all those over times. Yep, those Gator’s had Kentucky by the seat of their pants and there weren’t no letting go. Just kept rolling over and over in the mud until Kentucky cried ‘uncle’.
A well fought, well earned, Victory for the Gators. They keep that kind of fighting spirit up for the season I think a lot of folks are going to be surprised.
On the other hand, the Dawgs missed a 28yd field goal near the end to tie the game. How you miss from 28 yards ?? Those Dawgs better hunker down to business or its gonna be a long season. We’ll see ?
