China precious exchanges

Harvey Organ says the Chinese exchange opens September 22, and today is September 23, so I looked for something on Kitco and didn’t see anything.   I hunted around the internet and found that Bill Holter said Shanghai would open on September 26.    Tyler Durden says something happened on September 17.  There seems to be a lot of confusion, as though this was an Obama project.
