Buygold…check yourself
Remain positive. We have to slice this a different way. Again, let’s look at opportunities. Where can you can you raise cash in your life right now to buy Silver phiz? I keep asking myself this. Come up with a strategy on how you might dip in. Buy whatever has the smallest spread at a place like CO gold. Buy big bars now, decide how to trade them for smaller denominations in the future- hacksaws work too. Think how you might split an order w/ someone. Possibly get risky and buy some calls here somewhere, but have an exit plan in mind too. Buy and Sell stops need to be used or get tricked by greed. Act more like a machine, target met, buy/sell. This way greed doesn’t take hold when you are in a winning streak. Really I’m just talking out loud and coaching myself. Ha!
I have a friend that’s a freelance CFO with 40 years of experience. He always preaches about the damn exit plan. Problem is that with my exit plan, the goal post constantly move away from me at tops. Greed greed greed.
I still think we should stand back right now. Who knows what the clowns have in mind. Press away boys! People need to be scared like never before before we move up. I’ve been saying that for 3 years now. I thought the scare was years ago, probably not happened yet. They understand the psyches of Goldbugs better than no one. They’re experts at tricking people
p.s. On sites like CO gold they sell junk bags. I didn’t know until recently that he has $500 face half bags too. Easier to move around too. Less entry burn potential. Spreads are cheapest this route maybe?
JMHO
but we’re going nowhere unless silver turns around. Unbelievable that every attempted rally is stuffed.
Frustrating.
Whoo Hoo!

All eyes on Kenya: the next big oil exporter
Not even the specter of a spillover of Islamic extremism from Somalia can dampen the atmosphere in Kenya, where commercial oil production is expected to begin in 2016 and discovery after discovery has made this the hottest and fastest-paced hydrocarbon scene on the continent.
When it comes to new oil and gas frontiers, today it’s all about Africa. And more specifically, it’s all about the eastern coast, with Kenya the clear darling–not just because it’s outpacing neighboring Uganda by leaps and bounds, but also because despite some political instability hiccups and the threat of militant al-Shabaab, it’s still one of the safest venues in the region.
Six of the last 10 biggest finds have been in Africa, where—all told–there are some 130 billion barrels of crude oil waiting to be tapped by more than 500 companies, according to a recent report by PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
Topping this list are Kenya’s Anza and South Lokichar basins where the discovery and development news has been fast-paced.

EPA agrees to delay Pebble Project ban for now…
Northern Dynasty’s Pebble Project finally caught a break Wednesday as a federal court judge validated an agreement that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency said it would stay its Section 404(c) Clean Water Act regulatory process against the Pebble Project until at least January 2, 2015.
An order by U.S. District Judge H. Russel Holland Wednesday noted that EPA’s regional administrator “will not issue any recommendation on its pending, proposed determination regarding the Pebble Mine Project prior to January 2, 2015”.
Judge Holland said his court must resolve the motion for a preliminary injunction filed by the Pebble Limited Partnership challenging EPA’s authority to pre-emptively impose development restrictions on Pebble prior to the submission of a proposed development plan to state and federal agencies. The Partnership has also sued on the ground that EPA has not complied with the Federal Advisory Committee Act and the Administrative Procedure Act in preparing the Bristol Bay Assessment study, upon which the Section 404(c) regulatory process is largely based.
EPA’s attempt to expand its authority under the Clean Water Act by stopping the Pebble Project before the Pebble Partnership even files for permitting has upset more than 180-plus national and state associations and organizations – representing mining, agriculture, construction, housing, manufacturing, utilities, energy production and transportation – to stop the action.

GLD goes green, now we need to see the same with SLV
Concur with R640, we need to be strong when the SM craters. BTW, why is the SM cratering?
I said a long time ago that I thought gold would not crash with stocks again like in 2008
Today kinda validates that idea…now we need to see gold actually rise as stocks fall
Russian draft law would allow seizure of foreign property
(Reuters) – Russian courts could get the green light to seize foreign assets on Russian territory under a draft law intended as a response to Western sanctions over the Ukraine crisis.
The draft, which was submitted to parliament on Wednesday by a pro-Kremlin deputy, would also allow state compensation for an individual whose property is seized in foreign jurisdictions.
Italian authorities this week seized property worth about 30 million euros ($40 million) belonging to companies controlled by Arkady Rotenberg, an ally of President Vladimir Putin targeted by the U.S. and European Union sanctions.
The draft law, published on a parliamentary database, would allow for compensation for Russian citizens who suffer because of an “unlawful court act” in a foreign jurisdiction and clear the way to foreign state assets in Russia being seized, even if they are subject to international immunity.
Boris Nemtsov, a Kremlin critic who in the late 1990s was a senior member of government, said the bill was an attempt by Putin to shield Russian billionaires and officials from the impact of sanctions.

PGR245–Thanks for the Grandich–excellent-!
Meanwhile gold is heading for a major washout bottom. Every day now there’s a story with a headline that says things like “gold is tarnish forever” or “gold can only go lower and lower”. You’ve a better chance to find a needle in a haystack than a chest-beating bull. Even perennial bulls have sought shelter and/or have suffered temporary amnesia. It may need to get uglier for a few more days or weeks, but I believe out of the ashes shall be the bottom that begins the march back ultimately to new, all-time highs before the Presidential Elections.

“The Alibaba stock market top? It would be ironic if that the day the biggest IPO ever opened, it would coincide with the ultimate top in the U.S. stock market. In the folk tale Alibaba, Ali Baba is a poor woodcutter who discovers the secret of a thieves’ den, entered with the phrase “Open Sesame”. The thieves learn this, and try to kill Ali Baba.
“Alibaba the stock was brought public by the world’s biggest den of thieves and the public heard their command to “open sesame” their wallets so that the insiders could take away billions in profits from the sale of their shares in a company whose corporate structure shouldn’t be touched with a ten foot pole.
“I saw signs around the opening day of trading I haven’t seen since the height of the Internet craze. I was among many seniors at a luncheon and all many of the men and women could only talk about was their attempt as they spoke to buy shares and how high the stock was going to go. I asked one have they looked how the company is structured and he said he didn’t have to, the stock can’t miss doubling.~Peter Grandich
The Yen strengthened a bit vs. the USD
That should help us. I dunno.
The Alibaba SM top appears to be back in force.
SLV RSI now stands at 11.62
Someone is going to make some money when it finally bounces. Never seen an RSI at zero, I guess there’s a first for everything?
We get to see if ment17’s T/A holds up today with the HUI hovering just under the 201 mark. Maybe he’ll be our new T/A guru!?

Option Expiration today
Where the banksters create their own reality.
How is it you let all the riff raff in your southern border and try and keep out people with money to spend affluently for 5 months of the year on the northern border?
It seems TPTB are trying everything to ruin a great country. I know from personal experience the racket involved (read tax grab) for 85 year old men trying to go south for the winter. Thousands of dollars because Canucks are gullible and don’t have sun.
A wedding party spent thousands for a Vegas nuptial with friends. One of them had a marijuana charge from 40 years ago. Eight of them were punted out the back door of the US territorial “consulate” at Vancouver International Airport, back into Canada!
Yes eeos, yer screwed…too bad but why? No preaching to the choir here please….
