Thanks for the reply. The company was apmex. I found out they have a 24 hour lag on premiums. They go down slower than most but not really out of line usually.

i quit the paper market totally except for a little dabbling in the futures. I have been convinced to have physical possession of all resources. I don’t trust anyone but a few individuals now. The last thing I trust is governments and their lackeys.

Platinum family grinds higher

Posted by redneckokie1 @ 16:14 on November 3, 2014

i have no idea why platinum and palladium are grinding higher and bucking the trend. Palladium seems to be in a world of its own.

if box beef trades lower for the next few days, traders will see an all risk no reward situation emerging. Beef is at record levels and demand is slowing. Seems only those with snap cards (food stamps) can still afford it. Feeders are too high in relation to fats and may react violently if cash demands ease.

Good thing road kill is still plentiful.

How long until the pm dealers lower their prices? Most are at spot + $2.00 for silver while they advertise $.89 over spot.

They have smashed that lower, to new lows for the move…..then they went after Au.

When i say “They”, this is not punters liquidating, which after Fridays clubbing and technical break down, was highly likely, If it was punters getting out the selling would have been on the openings of each mkt. Crimaex opened minus any big selling as did GLD…no the scum went to work  as usual during the day.

We will have to wait until the scum take all these mkts to crazy prices,………and fingers crossed a load of Tea Party candidates do well tomorrow.

I and everybody else thought spot gold would catch up with the HUI which is at $600-$700 gold

Tax payers money for courts. GOOD, then they can be left to explain to the tax payers why they are going around taking people’s money without due process and waisting tax payers money and again in courts to get it. The corruption should be exposed as well as the people doing it.

No the jails are over crowded and unpleasant and another point why are they using them to extort money and arrest innocent people since all people are innocent until proven guilty. As long as they can fill them they can justify asking more money from the Gov and build more as well as hire more to fill even more. Gov Bown here plans to give Billions to the Calif police state instead of more worthy causes. Because they are over crowded they can be bailed out the same night they are arrested or get out on their own at first hearing on a few days especiallyy under the circumstances they were charged with no proof of anything.

Yes the courts are so over crowded that it would take a long time although people have a right to speedy trial and can object to it being put off and bit give them time to dream something up. There is the problem of being faces with a public defender which is good in some ways it will divert money from their pot. If so they would have to be very pro active with their case and not let the defender slack off. I doubt without enough evidence they wouldn’t  have much to go on to go forward anyways and might try to get them to make a plea bargin they should refuse probably using the same scare tactics. It would go better with a private lawyer. Also at the time of the theft they don’t have to explain where they got the money unless their being charged and then at that time should request to speak to a lawyer so they don’t lie about anything they tell them.

Exactly. Had he been arrested he could have had his day in court and forced that corrupt cop to appear and explain why he took the cash.

No Sh!t. But what most want is just to get rid of them thinking that they can deal with it later not knowing how corrupt the courts are or that they will not recognize them being under duress at the time of the “assault.”  We the people should collectively challenge them and find out who the SOB that gave them the go ahead. So where’s the ACLU when you need them. Since no charge of crime has been given these people have to chance of a jury trial by their peers and left in the hands of a corrupt judge.

That driver should have insisted that the cop arrest him.

I have no idea. It obviously wasn’t something WE voted for, that they can just come up to a unsuspecting citizen or non citizen for that matter and confiscate their money without out charging them for something by just threatening to if they don’t submit. A trick they learned from the underpaid cops of Mexico I presume. NOT to mention the Judges ruling in the cops favor when there no proof of wrong doing. They gotta keep up their high pay and pension plans some where so someone behind the scenes said hey go take from the people.
You have a point we need to investigate this. Where the legality?
If they make all drugs a misdemeanor they would have a bigger problem and they probably hope that doesn’t happen.
In the meantime the judges may be able to side with them accusing them with admission of guilt for giving them the money.
In the mean time the unsuspecting person is approached by surprise by so called cops in uniform and guns threatening them with long prison terms possibly losing their jobs making them feel like they won’t have a chance if they don’t go along with them. The only Ace they have is tell them that they know what their doing and unless their going to charge them for something they would like to go on their way with their money. If their arrested then that will be harder to prove since the only proof they have is the person submitting to their demands. They should also go public at that point with it as well as start a law suit.
