if it is….and in view of golds recovery from a 30 dollar loss-Then I declare a significant bottom in PMs–the hysterically bearish bears better do some soul searching
Notes from the rabbit hole cited a Citigroup report–which I saw too–saying gold was useless=
“Here is where the negative hype may get loud. First, in the run up to the vote Citi’s Willem Buiter basically lost his mind in a crazy screed against gold. This is good. What would be even better is a strong negative reaction in the gold market off of this news because it too, like the India news to the positive side, has little to do with the real fundamentals for the gold sector. It could usher in an opportunity by clearing out the speculators and hangers on, and that is why it is good.”
Rabbit Hole made an astute observation and what he said has come to pass overnight…fine and dandy! Now lets see if gold can –like a returning salmon-fight its way up the cascade of altos and go positive
Kitco showing Gold UP to $1174 USD ……..
Pheasant Shot in Noel, Nova Scotia …….. I’m not just talking about it
We stayed in a 200 yr old farmhouse with a view of the highest tides in the world (55 ft). Acadian dikes still protect the fields from the tide, reclaiming arable land in age old tradition.
Wildlife in abundance, from the land to the table. Some fine wine and late night chats with my buddies. So what about the important things in life and some gold and silver stashed ??
Mrs Winedoc was left to cry in the pillow ……. I don’t think so 🙂

Re Somali’s
The Dutch, the most laid back countryon earth, eventualy had enough of ’em and kicked them out, unfortunately the idiot Brits took ’em in.
In places like Leicester they go shopping in mobs armed with machetes!!!!!!
When the Indians put on the 80/20 rule, there was good reason to believe the US was twisting their arms, to do so. So although the Swiss would have had to buy @ 1500 tonnes over 5 years, the Indians may well have told the Scum to go rotate and they will be buying huge tonnages for ever, not just 5 years.
I would step in to pour the Oasis a coffee (cause I think he’ll be late) but I think I’ll serenade his minstrel gypsy with a Bailey tune…
And a warning, tomorrow DJmm a Stampeder Ladybug tribute….
But I’ve come full circle on this hope for a blastoff in my time. It ain’t gunna happen.
I had to give eeos a pep talk about a month ago when his frustration was getting the better of him. EE was in the same state a generation and a half ago…he was right but for all the wrong reasons and gave up too soon.
I sense Buygold is about the same way in the bullpen.
We all aren’t fighting for honest money for us, it’s for our Grandkids, only because most of our offspring don’t listen to us until they become us.
Hang on to our guiding principles and a generation skipped will be really thankful…so will their parents living in their basements.
G & S smashed tonight… looks like a train wreck.

Once here, Muslim families have vastly more children than the typical American family. The average Somali couple in Minnesota, for example, has six children.
These refugee families have changed the demographics of their host cities, such as Shelbyville, Tennessee; Lewiston, Maine; and Minneapolis, Minnesota, all of which have reported culture clashes between Muslims expecting everything from foot baths at public colleges to dietary concessions at public schools. A Tyson Foods meat-packing plant in Shelbyville decided in 2009 to acquiesce to a local union’s demands to drop the paid holiday of Labor Day in favor of the Muslim holiday Eid al-Fitr, a decision that Tyson later reversed in the wake of a public backlash.
And in Minneapolis, Mayor Betsy Hodges sparked controversy in April when she showed up to a meeting with the city’s increasingly powerful Muslim community wearing a hijab.
Problems have also arisen with Islamic radicals recruiting young Muslim refugees in America. WND has reported in recent weeks about FBI investigations into 25 to 30 Somali refugees leaving their homes in Minnesota to become fighters for ISIS in Syria and the al-Qaida-linked Al-Shabab in Somalia.
Instead of Hilary instructing Sharia is grounds to deportation.
Creeping toward Sharia?
In 2011, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton hosted a two-day conference with the OIC in Washington to discuss how to implement U.N. Resolution 1618 to combat “religious intolerance” and “negative stereotyping” against Muslims in the U.S., which Geller said amounted to a version of the Muslim anti-blasphemy laws.
“It was to implement the Shariah is what it was,” she said. “It was really an anti-free speech measure.”
“They’re very powerful, they’re very dangerous,” Geller said. “You can’t make this stuff up.”
Geller, Corcoran and others such as Islam scholar Bat Ye’or have long warned that there are two methods of creating Islamic supremacy in the world. One is through violent jihad. The other is through al-hijra, or the Islamic doctrine of immigration.
“Basically you have those who want to take over (countries) through immigration saying to the jihadists “you guys need to stop cutting people’s heads off and be patient,’” Corcoran said. Al-hijra will accomplish the same goal over the long term in countries open to immigration, which includes the United States and most of Europe.
