supposedly, oklahoma is at the extreme limits of the new Madrid fault which has changed the course of the Mississippi river at least give times. The last “big one” was in 1812 and the cycles indicate the next one is due any time. The new Madrid earthquake and Yellowstone eruption will be blamed on bush.

does the cardboard box have heat and air? I now call “roughing it” non remote tv. I wonder if Wanka still has room for a hammock?

we may get some relief at the meat counter. Box beef and pork cut out as well as futures and cash are having trouble holding rallies.

Ispo RE: I don’t know why any miners would sell to crimex when there’s an alternative. It’s like us selling nukes to the Russians. Let’s see crimex begging for metal like Oliver Twist begging for porridge.

Posted by drb2 @ 13:43 on December 4, 2014

Ispo – I agree.

Management of the big PM mining companies is not on our side. They sell to the Bullion Banks and get fiat financing from the major banks. They are in bed with the bankers.

The purpose of the miners is not to make money for shareholders. Their purpose is to keep a steady stream of gold flowing to the bankers so the bankers can keep their game going.

Management cares only about their personal salary and benefits. They would sell every last ounce at a loss as long they personally were not affected.

If the share price drops, the company goes bankrupt, the mine will be bought for pennies on the dollar and taken private.

I would love to be proven wrong about this.

I wonder how First Majestic’s scheme is progressing – I wish him well. I spoke with Gold Corp yesterday – they had never even heard of it.

Am I bitter?   A bit.

Whew! Sorry – Rant over. I feel better.

Plenty big enough for my buddy RNO to come and stay. 🙂

How come you’re having all those earthquakes anyway? Is fracking suspected? Or is it just one of those geological things and you can give me an answer in 10,000 years?

Draghi: We Have Nothing To Fear But Gold-Buying Itself

Tyler Durden's picture

ECB head Mario Draghi made it clear where the real battle is taking place in the world this morning. When asked what form QE would take, his response was to the point… “On what sorts of assets should be included in QE… we discussed all assets BUT gold” and gold dropped, right on cue.

That’s another thing. First it was a pause, then maybe a year of 13 then longer. Then his bashing gold bugs those STUPID bugs won’t sell then came have to flush them out. That gold is not being manipulated.  Sounds like a vendetta. So did he get out with a knife to his throat by  gov or is equities institutions behind it or is it just his personal opinion which he then says isn’t personal just science??Where’s the science? Does the computer spit out if it does this or bugs have to be flushed out first?

The perfect storm continues

Never a dull moment. Earthquakes are now coming rapid fire in Oklahoma. So far, most have been in the 2.5 to 3.5 range. Just wondering if the “big one” is coming or if a tornado will get me first. Anyone know how big ipso’s house is? I may need a place to hang out for a while.

usdx may have topped which should help the pm market. The big reversal in gold and silver hasn’t been confirmed yet. Wheat had a key reversal down and confirmed. The Russell index has sell signals on the daily, weekly and monthly which says something about the broad market.

when the new congress is seated, look for open warfare with the liar in chief. We are going to know very soon who is the tall hog at the trough.

“need to be flushed out” before it could go up again”

Seems goldbugs have been flushed out for three years. Seems a lot of prognosticators are always looking for one more flush. Anyone who’s still in won’t be flushed IMHO.

I don’t make any money on Armstrong just find his post interesting as well as tracking his forecasts. I suppose you could if you can read into his posts and confirm it like this gov going to do this or that gov going to do that. He does have a understanding on what actions move markets.  Many times the info say when Japan decided to devalue the yen I don’t recall him mentioning that,  you could of shorted yen and to a point went long their stocks. It’s  not a secret anyways. The rest, it could do this or it could do that is speculation. He did mention the Euro was going to devalue but with their gov tax system may not be good for their companies. IMO edit ie France.  He seems to have a particular 360 with gold investors it’s just not gold is going to take a break it’s scare tactic words and words that suggest they ” need to be flushed out” before it could go up again. Is that not opinion not based on computers or science. He seems to be leading it down further with every move. First this is support, no it’s lower, them lower. Next it will be gold is finished. Since he got out do you think the gov has something to do with his attack on gold bugs promoting stocks? For sure with his statements and speculations he can’t say it’s not his personal opinion. When a ball starts rolling down hill it’s hard to stop.

Yeah bad news for folks who have already sent their money. What’s wrong with buying at the nearest coin shop? Hopefully it’s not such a disaster for people who are owed metal as Tulvings was.

I believe he’s talking about the Chinese market, the price will go down there.

Hey how’d your singing gig go? Did you sing The Runaway? 🙂

Posted by ment17 @ 12:29 on December 4, 2014

in 2011 with gold bottoming at 1300..many including Armstrong were calling for much lower gold prices .. as gold then swept up to 1900.. so Armstrong can be wrong .. as can any one .. any time the market gives to much credibility to any single pun dent

the obsessive nature of the Armstrong model can blow up in a face .. it might not .., as he keeps repeating his calls from long ago now just coming into focus as a forerunner of his calls for the future ..

may as well just turn the entire world economy over to him and the rest of the market can just eat rocks lol

Armstrong speculated gold would go up into 2015 and now speculates it will go down. So what happened to all those people who bought during the highs based on this speculation it would go higher into 2015. I for one wasn’t a buyer of those highs but warned of a top. His old blog with is audio of this speculation is now gone. It’s all speculation. Armstrong is quite intelligent and can put things together faster than anyone I’ve ever seen but is he being used or is be just trying to sell you something that can change by words like inverse. There is just something’s ” we” need to watch.

I think it extraordinary that March 2015 $4.00 JNUG calls are trading for 1.30

Posted by Richard640 @ 11:22 on December 4, 2014

-and, yes, I know jnug is reverse splitting dec 23rd-3.5 months is an eternity in trading markets…I love the pounding JNUG is getting as I write with gold up 70 cent–a nice set up IMO–pre- jobs report shenanigans–

“He says he doesn’t speculate but he appears to do so when it comes to gold which is always bearish even when it went up.”

I’ve no idea what Armstrong does, but it is amazing how “speculators” take pm’s lower 95% of the time.

Today is a perfect example USD is getting smashed and every time gold hits $1210 it gets whacked back down.

Just normal speculative action I guess.
