I have struggled to guess how the Russians & Chinese fit into the NWO banking scene. this news starts to shed some light on that – it appears not all Ruskies are on board the bus. 

I wasn’t in Germany in 1938, but reading the link made me think it must have been similiar. let us see if this ‘investigation” leads to anything.
