Loading ...Last night I was thinking that I have bee through a currency reset of sorts. When I was in Viet Nam we were paid in military payment certificates, (mpc). The vietnamese accepted mpc as real money for goods and services rendered. About half way through my tour the army changed the color of the mpc saying the old colored mpc was now worthless. We had less than 24 hours to exchange our old mpc for new mpc. It didn’t affect me but it sure affected the vitnamese who had been paid in mpc as they didn’t have access to exchange their old mpc for new mpc.
