RE With the Ruble cut in half what’s the difference?  People are losing jobs for one, people with bills to pay and car payments. Ruble in half everything they buy has went up in price.  People wanting to start business being put on hold. Less revenue puts stress on social programs. They are also having a hard time buying anything in any other country because of the currency instability which also hurts businesses.
