Loading ...We can thank the Clintons for the tough on crime policies back in 94 and the congress who voted on them from schools to increasing sentences and building new prisons. Then came NAFTA allowing jobs to cross borders. They are just backward thinking. What caused the rebellion of the 80s and 90s of children looked at as something to fear? Them, trying to play parent and a lousy abusive one at that making it worse by using Schools s a gate way to prisons. And instead of keeping jobs here not by force but incentive they signed them away. Much damage was done during those years that were increasingly abused by zero intelligence inforcers through time. It is also discrimitave. Now their starting to re think them. Duh
