Loading ...I don’t pretend to have all the answers you are looking for, but my intuition tells me it is a part of Agenda 21 which officially began in 1992 with its introduction by then president George Bush Sr. Agenda 21 has become a world wide depopulation and control agenda and this topic of today is a “divide and conquer” strategy that is covertly being employed everywhere and pushed by governments from the president and congress down to individual counties and cities. If you hate your neighbors and they hate you for any reason you will be unlikely to join with them to fight this. Instead you will be too busy fighting with your neighbor and each other, killing each other off, which fits perfectly into the depopulation agenda.
