i think maybe somebody dropped a decimal.  the article talks about two troy ounces of gold in each watch.  in the scale of wristwatches two troy ounces (62.2 grams) is huge.  nobody’s going to carry two ounces of gold (or anything else) on their wrist.  never mind the working parts and the band, this would make it the heaviest watch on the market by a wide margin.  apple has a reputation for light products.  0.2 oz?  that’s closer to wristwatch scale.
