Mental defects and prescription drug addicts also running loose. They hit the news occasionally as “gunmen” after the scumbags kill scores of kids then kill themselves and avoid jail.
Lets not forget the USA has the highest number and variety of criminal illegal immigrants, interracial marriages (bad for the kids) and millions of minorities.
For example, re no crime in Japan? Everybody in Japan is Japanese. In China (and many other countries) they just kill the criminals rather than pay to jail them.
We had friends from Chile who said criminals just disappear. One way boat rides. Save taxpayer money not jailing them.
Don’t forget TPTB motto too. “Out of chaos comes order”. By letting repeat offenders go free, and commit more crimes, TPTB create more laws and restrictions, re gun control, and Patriot act.
