This isn’t for some wounds but could handle many. Steristrips work well for superficial wounds or reinforcing closed wounds after sutures or staples are removed. I kinda made something like this using medical adhesive tape because steri strips aren’t always strong enough by cutting it like a steri strip on people . This new one would and could replace bigger and deeper wounds as they also can be stapled in a couple places which is faster just zaps on and easier to take off. I’m guessing since adhesive and if not stapled you’d have to avoid getting it wet. Note if you do have a wound always cleans the wound first before closing preferably with normal saline you can google how to make it.
