Loading ...I went into Winnipeg to do some shopping. While shopping for building supplies, I started making small talk to a younger employee who told me he and his wife had recently emigrated to Canada from the US. I welcomed him here and asked him why he left the US. He became very emotional and told me that there was no future in the US and that the US dollar was going to collapse. After further conversation, he then told me his father was in the military and told him to get the hell out of the US. Except for a few friends and relatives, most people here don’t have a clue. Even myself, I get caught up in the daily goings on of life and start to think that the party will keep on forever. Then a chance encounter brings you back to reality!
