Scruffy @ 7:58, re Something strange is going on.
Its just the Global Master Planner Gods rotating the Dollar back down. When they ran it up starting last June, it was to give some “air” or throw a bone to non-USA nations.
Their primary agenda starting after the ’08 meltdown, was to restore the US taxpaying consumer for future global “harvesting”. We will be the carcass again some day. It may not work out for them if they waited too long to start restoring the USA. Starting after 2008 was kinda too late. Time will tell.
Its very simple to figure whats been going on after 1945 and 1971.

House votes to end spy agencies’ bulk collection of phone data
The U.S. House of Representatives approved a bill on Wednesday that would end spy agencies’ bulk collection of Americans’ telephone data, setting up a potential showdown with the U.S. Senate over the program, which expires on June 1.
The House voted 338-88 for the USA Freedom Act, which would end the bulk collection and instead give intelligence agencies access to telephone data and other records only when a court finds there is reasonable suspicion about a link to international terrorism.
The strong support in the House by both Democrats and Republicans could increase pressure on Republican Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell to allow a vote on the bill.

Contrarian that I am…
I see a major Bull in Gold and I base that on Futures markets that cannot make delivery in SIZE AND..
the fact that operating mines have substantially lower ENERGY costs which are a major factor in lowering cost of mining. Some have cut costs by 50 %…Labor costs are not a real problem with unemployment so high.
I have many stocks that broke out today to highs not seen in months .Its an early sign ..but its there .
Im talking about operating mines, not exploration only mines.Profitability is coming on strong and with any price improvement could get very eciting .!The paper short markets are being overwhelmed by physical markets and all thats needed is for China to announce hugh increases in Gold inventory that will spark a RACE to catch up .They are very quiet while thay accumalate so as not to spoil their advandage in having cash to buy while Western banks are telling investers to stay away because they want the public to stay in Dollar assets while the Dollar declines ….Stupid is as Stupid does DUH…Stupid Americans !
are so consumed with Social nonsence they are completely ignorant of finance and what their future holds for them if they dont change radically their Political views they will be become destitute as Politicians continue to sell them out of their future.

I sure hope not. What’s the ending of a war with Iran? No one knows … the skies the limit! I sort of doubt we will provoke anything. We are tapped out. IMO That’s not to say that some neocon might do something really crazy ….

Saw that story on CNBS. Why do I get the sense that we’re going to see another “Gulf of Tonkin” false flag over there?
Five Iranian boats fire shots in the Persian Gulf
CNN)—Five Iranian boats fired shots across the bow of a Singapore flagged cargo vessel in the Persian Gulf on Thursday in an attempt to potentially stop the ship, a U.S. official told CNN. For the first time, the incident brought another Persian Gulf nation into the recent rising maritime tensions in the region.
It is not yet clear if any of the rounds hit the Alpine Eternity. There were no U.S. citizens or cargo on board. The Pentagon is still gathering information about the incident.
RELATED: Pentagon says Iranian escort ‘absolutely unnecessary’
The incident began when five small fast boats, believed to be manned by Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy approached the cargo vessel just off the coast of the United Arab Emirates but in international water, the official said.
These Iranian boats are typically manned with smaller caliber weapons such as machine guns.
The Iranian boats fired across the bow, and at that point the cargo vessel turned and escaped by entering into UAE territorial waters, according to initial U.S. military reports of the incident. The UAE sent three of its coast guard boats out to the cargo vessel.
A U.S. Navy warship was about 20 miles away, but there was no call for help and the Navy did not respond. The Pentagon recently stopped escorting commercial vessels through the Strait of Hormuz and it’s not clear if those operations will resume. They had been escorting commercial shipping but of two recent Iranian incidents interfering with cargo shipping in the area.
