Hooray !  everybody wins !!

DOJ – “look what we did” we are tough on crime
GOVT – ‘found’ money- oh boy
BANKS – cost of doing biz
EXECs – no jail; keep bonuses
well, they all win –  the rest of us lose.  the reader comments sum things up pretty well
