If a person believes that HAARP has all these capabilities then you have to draw the conclusion that the drought on the West coast is man made, intentional. I’m not sure I’m buying that. Perhaps it is an unintended consequence of some other engineering.

It’s BOTH with a lot of other stuff thrown in. Look up Dutchsense videos and a little research shows the influence of HAARP in creating or directing droughts, floods, earthquakes, tornadoes, hurricanes, temperatures both hot and cold, etc. He has used the satellite weather images to prove over and over the influence HAARP has on the above.
As far as disease, illness, etc, what are the odds that breathing Aluminum, Strontium, and Barium, the three key ingredients in geoengineering for the past 20 or more years, will have no effect on all living things, whether animal or plant, on this planet?? And who says they won’t or don’t throw in other respiratory diseases to quicken the degeneration process and shorten all our lives??
We have rogue governments around the world and here at home involved in depopulating the planet and creating as much chaos and discomfort as possible for all life on earth. Maybe that is all distraction to keep us from seriously objecting to the governments and banks destroying the economies of the world with their derivatives and other illegal schemes that are out of our control….but it is pretty hard to just sit back and watch it all happen without at least speaking up and exposing it to the light of day to as many people as possible.
Remember the video about the 1 %….how small a group they are compared with the total world population?? If enough of us just get our eyes opened and decide enough is enough we can still stop this insanity. Not without a hellofa struggle but our future generations are depending on us to hand them over a world that is still habitable, and one where honesty and integrity and the Golden Rule still have some meaning. should be made public !.Their salarys are public they are public figures not subject to the same Laws as private citizens ..why shouldent their Salarys and Tax Returns be made public. ? I think the IRS should have to explaiin why someone making less than 200,000 or so a year can retire with many millions ….after living expenses that they themselves say are not high enough to live on ? They are not entitled to privacy when they live of the Taxpayers..

Just maybe if all the HAARP facilities around the world were shut down, and if the sky’s were allowed to return to blue instead of the geoengineered gray we have become accustomed to….just maybe the weather would return to normal too and the induced droughts, floods and bizarre weather created by the above around the world would subside or completely disappear and Obama wouldn’t have to tell this lie along with the billions of other lies he has become famous for. In the 1960’s, a huge lot of vaccine was condemned for public use. What did they do with the dangerous vaccine? They sold it to the military and used it on an army base on the east coast for soldiers shipping to viet nam. Those that didn’t die soon enough fought the veterans administration thinking their problems were linked to agent orange. The veterans administration proved that the problem wasn’t caused by agent orange and inadvertently exposed the crooked system. They at least gave the soldiers agent orange benefits after the expose.
