did the chicken cross the road?

Why is it these inhumaine Industrial chicken  and turkey farms are getting the flu when these places are a distance from another and heard no  domestic chicken owners having a problem as far as I know. Are they purposly destroying food like they did long ago to bring the prices up even more?
