Some here may remember my shrill commentary about Apple OS-X ver 10.10.2 that destroyed my hard drive AND backup data when I “upgraded” out of necessity.  After a couple months of digging thru old software, and installing a partition of the old OS-X system I had before, I found my encryption software and managed to recover some important old files.

I also found CD backups of old documents from way, way back from the old PowerPC towers I used to run.  I found an archive of old Gold Train posts from the old “Dr. V” site… including my Sayonara from that site in 2004.  Wow… we’ve come a long way in eleven years!

I find my old postings were a bit more poetic.  And after more than ten years in storage, I doubt anyone would notice if I did some “Re-Runs”.  Saves me a lotta work making up new ones, too… but I will still be looking for great new images, too.   So here it comes… many blasts of the train whistles past…

Wifi and plants, that’s interesting. Yes I believe that it can affect brain waves and remember nerves are involved as well as electrical type impulses and possible vibrate or over stimulate them just guessing. I went out of a wifi area or greatly diminished and don’t remember falling asleep at night, just went out woke up at around 5 am to pitch darkness and thought that was strange didn’t even remember falling asleep maybe just tired. Next night same thing happened. Get back to city and it went back to what seems to be normal plus maybe not getting as much REM sleep which can affect memory if goes on too long as well. I noticed that in some as well as seems to diminish their ability to handlee stress or I guess anyone. That study on Russian prisoners who were sleep deprived they went insane and actually stopped eating and ripping their flesh off.

So think there’s something in it. There is higher levels of abuse because of it depending on how much stres people can or can’t handke as well as mental health issues or being driven over the edge to insanity but usually those are extreme and may be whats or part of what’s going on in the Mid East as well as soilders exposed to it coming back.

Speaking of BRICS, the Brazilian representative to the International Monetary Fund, one Paulo Nogueira Batista Junior, will be the new vice president for the BRICS Development Bank. This assignment of an IMF representative to a senior position within the BRICS bank should be a wakeup call to anyone who still thinks that the BRICS institutions and the AIIB will be operating outside of the existing monetary framework and global institutions.

Those who promote the fantasy that China and BRICS are going to overthrow the western banking system, and destroy the American dollar have no concept of the broader macroeconomic and macroprudential engineering which is taking place throughout the international institutions and regional institutions, of which both the BRICS Bank and AIIB are becoming integrated with. Both were in fact designed specifically for the purpose of integrating eastern monetary policies with those of the international institutions.

For the record, I despise bullies and consider them the worst of humanity, as well as the weakest. Which is why I have decided to write this post. Though I do understand I’m taking a risk of being perceived in a similar fashion for writing this piece to begin with. It’s a case of necessity overriding niceness.

The loud and pompous proclamations of Mr. Willie are not based on the economic and political realities which are taking place in the global monetary system. When information first started being presented here on POM about the SDR, Mr. Willie was explaining that the IMF was broke and the SDR would never happen. It was stated that China would have nothing to do with the SDR.

If Plants Won’t Grow Near WiFi Routers, What are WiFi Routers Doing to Us?

An alarming science experiment recently generated a great deal of international media attention, and has raised a number of questions and concerns. In this experiment, the researchers found that seeds planted near WiFi routers would not grow. All the attention and interest surrounding this experiment may lead one to believe it was a major study by a renowned organization, but surprisingly, the researchers in this experiment were a group of Danish ninth-grade students and their teacher.

The Experiment

The concept for the experiment originated after five girls from Hjallerup Skole, a school in Denmark, noticed that they had trouble focusing on days after they slept with their cell phones near their heads overnight. In an effort to evaluate this phenomenon, they tested the effects that two WiFi routers had on plant seeds. The routers were chosen with the intention to roughly mimic the levels and types of radiation given off by the girls’ cell phones. To test this effect against a control group, six trays of seeds were placed next to the two routers, and another six trays were placed in a room without any routers. At the end of their twelve day experiment, the seeds in the room without routers had grown into healthy plants, but the seeds near the routers had not grown at all, and several seeds appeared brown and withered.
