Loading ...I hired a Muslim to cut Donuts for me ,I had No idea he was muslim…I trained him for 3 days and than on the 4th day I left him alone for an hour and went home as he seemed intelligent and was making good progress making Donuts .He mixed the dough ,let it rise ,and than put on the cutting table to prepare for cutting ..Thats when I got a call from my girl donut finisher she said my baker left the dough on the TABLE and disappeared and the dough continued to rise as it was 50 lbs and was now covering the table and was soon to fall to the floor as it filled all the table area..I rushed back to the Shop and had to finish the donut making for him for the next 3 hours.While working I asked the Girl “what happened to him” ? “did he get sick” ? She said he went home to Pray ..I said WTF ? He better stay there and keep on praying for a new JOB cause he dont work here no more ! 50 Lbs of dough and three hours of time would have been ruined had I not been available to rush back to finish the JOB… That was my one and only Muslim employee….and last !
