FFUNDS …worked last time ,NOt available now ?

FFunds DOW  With interest rates already near zero the Fed dosent have room to DROP the FFunds Rate ..Thats why Yellen was looking to raise rates ,so she could repeat the last rescue ,but she dosent have that option now !   He option seems to be ,increase the MONEY SUPPLY  which is more inflationary than raising interest rates  …so plan B  may be her option which is good for Inflation & GOLD.
