The only accommodation ever made was for Alexander Hamilton who was foreign born ,so the effective DATE of this clause in the Constitution was constructed to allow him to be eligible . He never got to run for President because of Aaron Burr ,who got to be Vice President ..that scum bag who killed the GREAT Hamilton .
Hamilton became Burrs enemy because he broke a tie between Jefferson and BURR for the Presidency and cast his influence and vote for Jefferson saying “At Least he’s an honest man” .Even though Jefferson was Hamiltons rival ,Hamilton preferred him to Burr and caused the election to go to Jefferson.
Hamilton was a man of impeccable Honesty and Burr was known for his lack of Scruples..he was a snake ! Burr challanged him to a duel and Hamilton shot over his head as dueling at that time was illegal and was done to save face .. ,but Burr was no such gentleman and shot him in the stomach.
Burr had to leave the Country in disgrace for killing The Great Hamilton who was the Chief writer of the Federalist Papers (66%)that were the basis for the written Constitution . Hamilton was as close to being Jeffersons equal in every way as any other Founder.He was the chief Constitutional Lawyer of his day .He and Washington created the Manufacturing base in America ,he founded Wall st Stock Exchange ..and was honored by being buried at Trinity Church on Wall St. ..I have been to see his grave ..

There is no known decision on naturalization. As far as being here legally or a subject of the US but not as far as Presidency.
I think they should of made it that both parents were natural born citizens as well as them if they were worried about foreign influence. Obamas a example of that. At the time people were still coming here or their parents did so guessing why they made it the person.
No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.
It says Natural born citizen not “or naturalized citizen.” Personally I think they should only make exceptions if both parents were US citizens. If one was from another country they could probably go either way. Further or a citizen at the time it was adopted puts questions of being eligible if naturalized. I think that if both parents happened to be living out side theIS at the time of birth especially military bases they child should have citizen rights. When banks are even turning down children of US citizens in foreign countries something to be said as far as being subject to the US.

Gold last week was touching 1084. Been on a move up this week. Presently 1154. Obviously something the banksters don’t want to see happening. So plant a story about 300 tons of being mysteriously found. Hoping to muddy the waters in the investment community.

Mexican children are born in the US are US citizens while thier Parents born in Mexico are not,then why isn’t John McCain born in Panama not a Panama citizen and his Parents US Citizens .?
Why is Ted Cruz elegible for Natural Born Status as the Constitution requires to run for President when he was born in Canada ,,isn’t he a Canadian citizen ?

China will eventually have to allow the reminbi to float. There is no choice in that matter if they (1) want to avoid accusations of engaging in a currency war, and (2) they want to make the renminbi a world currency. That is the end game.
This is pushing the dollar higher. So why is gold rising? They are attributing this to the dovish Federal Reserve minutes and sliding global stock markets that increased the metal’s safe-haven appeal. But that is all nonsense. This is what I mean about fundamentals. They select what they need to fit the move. Why is gold rising with a rising dollar? Eventually, when the cycle shifts, gold will rise with stocks and with the dollar. It is not much of a short-term safe-haven when it pays no interest. The only thing that will create inflation is rising interest rates for that will decouple the world economy. The Fed is totally trapped and we have a massive pension fund crisis on the horizon. Gold is doing what our model projected and it is a short-cover rally for the near-term. When we elected the monthly bearish reversal of 1155 by some $60+ away, you typically rally back to retest that number before proceeding. I have stated countless times that is just the way markets move. At the movie showing on August 1, I answered questions about how it was good news to see articles calling gold the “pet rock” from the WSJ and the computer issuing a buy signal. That was perfect timing.

“RBY news depresses the price” I guess it depends on how soon they can get their act together. It’s already been knocked down pretty bad in the last couple of days. Start up problems are real common, almost the norm so most likely the effect on SP won’t be prolonged. Fingers crossed!
