Loading ...I disagree with he premise of violation of her Religious rights..Why didnt she go to the STATES ATTORNEY GENERAL and demand he uphold Kentucky LAW that forbade same sex marriage . THe STATE should defend her position and any state judge should uphold her decision or he should be held in contempt of the Peoples will and right to pass laws. The STATE needs to defend her .The Governor should defend her from Federal apprehension and keep he under State jurisdiction and on the JOB,with STATE TROOPERS GUARDING HER..
Her defense should be the Fed judge dosent have Jurisdiction in a STATE JOB.If she’s not a FEDERAL EMPLOYEE .THe STATES employees UNION needs to defend her if they have one…Where the Hell is the STATE ? Who does she work for and why dont THEY defend her ? She should SUE the STATE with a CLASS ACTION suit on behalf of all STATE EMPLOYEES for leaving her out to dry while just upholding StATE LAW.
